"Legends of The Sun". There is only one other person I'd loved to have seen with them all together. And that's B.B. King. Him and " Lucille," Jerry Lee and his Piano together would have been phenomenal. He was linked up with Sam Phillips and Sun Records too in the Early days. And Since it was After Elvis had passed, A Record of Johnny, Jerry Lee, Roy Orbison,Carl Perkins and B.B. King on Lead Guitar. ALL together would have been the closest kind of homage of Respect to the " M.D.Q." Session again.
Watching this and seeing all the people in the audience makes me wonder how many people sitting there did not understand really what they were witnessing.
Excellent, if a little whitewashed. I wouldn't mind if country artists and others would put together arrangements like this for some of their songs and get away from some of those electronic enhancements.
I love this performance by these legends, the fact it was for their friend Elvis makes it even more great 👏🤝 one thing I can't understand though is why are the audience like a bunch of corpses 🤔 how can you feel no kind of movement in your body or joy from from witnessing this song live ? Haha, oh well us viewing years later from behind a screen, we are singing along with you 🎙🏆🤝
All members of the Million Dollar Quartet were born in the 1930s. Elvis Presley died in the 70s in his 40s. Roy Orbison died in the 80s in his 50s. Carl Perkins died in the 90s in his 60s. Johnny Cash died in the 00s in his 70s. Jerry Lee Lewis died in the 20s in his 80s.

👍👍👍♥️RIP cats.
Now that they've joined Elvis in Heaven they're known as the Million Dollar Quintet!
Roy wasn’t a bad choice to stand in for Elvis. 😃
Imagine four other guys singing that. It would sound like a car crash. Johnny Cash one of the best.
Omg Johnny Cash alive again
I could listen to this group of men all day long.❤
Timeless...
This is one of the greatest performances of all time.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
These men would have a significant penis combined length due to how packin’ they individually were. Perfect songs, boys ❤️👍🏼
❤❤❤
I never knew that Carl Perkins was such a great singer. I was 15 when the show aired Taylor Michigan just moved there.
I was expecting Carl to be the weaker singer but he topped them all. Incredible talent, they all make it look easy.
❤❤❤
Carl Perkins is the coolest cat to ever grace the stage!
